Effective Date: April 19, 2026FicBrainPixel built Color Align as a free, ad-supported mobile puzzle game. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

The app does not collect personal information directly. However, the following data may be collected through third-party services integrated into the app:
- Device identifiers and advertising IDs
- App interaction and usage activity
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
- Google Play Games account information (used for sign-in and cloud save only)
2. Authentication & Cloud Save
Sign-in is handled through Google Play Games Services. No account is created within the app. Basic Play Games profile information is used solely to authenticate and sync game progress across devices via cloud save. No passwords or sensitive personal data are stored by the app.
3. Advertising
Color Align displays ads, including rewarded, banner, and interstitial formats. Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay mediation, which may connect to the following advertising partners:
- Google AdMob
- InMobi
- ironSource
- Liftoff / Vungle
- Meta Audience Network
- Unity Ads
These partners may use device identifiers, advertising IDs, and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Third-Party Services
The app currently uses the following third-party services:
- Google Play Games Services — authentication and cloud save
- Unity LevelPlay — ad mediation
Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring) may be integrated in future updates. This policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Data Security
All data transmitted between the app and third-party services is encrypted in transit. While every reasonable effort is made to protect your information, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
Color Align is not directed at children under the age of 13. No personal information is knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us so it can be removed.
7. Links to Other Sites
The app may contain links to external websites, such as privacy policies of ad partners or social media profiles. These sites are not operated by FicBrainPixel and are subject to their own privacy policies.
